Cortical
information processing – STREP.
This
project should focus on cortical information processing involving sensory and
motor cortical areas and thus lead to a better understanding of cognition and
sensory/motor behaviour and the underlying neuronal networks. It should involve
animal models and may include techniques from molecular to systems level (e.g.
gene expression, neurophysiological and computational approaches).
