The D2 is operating the management part concerning
management meeting, EU review meetings, conferences and workshops. The NoE will
form a group supporting the responsible partner. The activities will support
internally CARiMan, and will organise invitation of external guests and lecturer
for CARiMan meetings. The D2 concentrates on the common activities, where the WP
and JPA activities are carried out and managed within the workgroup.
External conferences, meetings and workshops will be supported by D2 with
material from an archive consolidating internal activities and materials.
Materials will be available for the participants. D2 will encourage to
participation and make a list of possible conferences available to the members.
The costs of participation will be paid by the member’s budget or
organisations. A List of Activities will be provided on the CARiMan repository.
Organizing the CARiMan meetings and workshops will aim at a professional
quality level, but expenditures and budgets will be more limited. Budgets and
plan have to be approved at the management board. The large ½ year meetings in
CARiMan will be planned within D2 in cooperation with the management board, who
will outline the agenda and activities. The costs will be distributed among the
participants and partly financed by the CARiMan EU funding. Partners’
participation will be tracked.
Accommodations, travels and other costs will be paid for by the
participants, but recommendations and coordination will be supported.
The D2 will also support the Management meetings in CARiMan by organising
and coordinating. For the first 18 months of the NoE,
the following CARiMan Core Meetings have been scheduled :
